1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Aoi Creative website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Aoi Creative provides web design and marketing services, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, branding, and graphic design. The specifics of the services to be provided will be detailed in the client's individual contract or project proposal.

3. Copyright and Ownership

All content, designs, graphics, images, and code developed by Aoi Creative remain the property of Aoi Creative until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and content.

4. Payment

Clients agree to the payment terms specified in their individual contracts or project proposals. Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Aoi Creative and the client shall maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project, including but not limited to business plans, financial information, and trade secrets.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing if the other party breaches any material obligation provided herein. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aoi Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or the services provided, even if Aoi Creative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Aoi Creative harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the work at the request of the client for which no copyright permission or previous arrangement exists.

9. Changes to Terms

Aoi Creative reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

By engaging with Aoi Creative's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
